White Ridge is the first product of the Galichnik Spirit Lab distillery. The main idea is to offer to the market of craft alcoholic beverages in Europe, drinks that are a perfect balance between the uniqueness of the region of Bistra mountain, Galichnik, and the universal tradition of premium quality offered by the Macedonian climate in producing alcoholic beverages.

BOTANICALS
The key botanical is the Juniper Berries. The quality of the Macedonian juniper is well known worldwide in the business of craft Gin. In producing White Ridge, we are using it at the source, in the ‘Home of Juniper’, Bistra mountain.

From 2024 our distillery will be offering a Visit, Learn and Stay program.
Anyone who has interest could visit, stay and learn the process, from hand picking botanicals, to the method of distillation and creating perfect Gin.
